Acadia Council 2025 Affordable Housing Fundraiser

Your donated dollars will be matched, dollar for dollar, by the Maine Association of REALTORS Foundation. 

The Local Board of REALTOR® Matching Grant program supports REALTOR® Boards and Councils’ affordable housing program initiatives in the communities where they live and work.  The Program matches the money raised by local REALTOR® Boards and Councils who choose the recipient agency or agencies and performs fund-raising on their behalf.

The recipients to receive funds raised this year are:

Through a partnership between the Midcoast Board, PenBay Council, and the Maine Association of REALTOR Foundation, we've already allocated over $618,000+ directly to affordable housing in our LOCAL communities.

The Mission of the MAR Foundation is to provide financial resources to groups and organizations which sponsor or support activities, programs, and services which directly or indirectly expand, create or encourage the development of crisis shelter, affordable housing, and homeownership opportunities in Maine for individuals and families with low and very low incomes.
